The Bungalow

The Bungalow proves a studio doesn’t have to feel like one. With an open layout and big windows that look out over the city, it’s designed to feel light, spacious, and easy to live in.

The kitchen keeps things simple with stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and room to actually move around. There’s a spot by the door to drop your keys, a walk-in closet to keep things out of sight and a ceiling fan overhead for good measure. You’ll also have a full-size washer and dryer, making convenience part of the package.

The living and sleeping areas are open on purpose, ready to move with whatever your day has in store.

Size and Layout

The Bungalow is our largest studio at 421 square feet, with The Zilker close behind at 413 to 418 square feet.

Both floor plans are available on levels 24 through 41 and feature a wide-open layout that keeps your everyday routine flowing naturally.

The Bungalow offers a more traditional studio setup with a single open space that flows from entry to living and sleeping area. The Zilker shares a similar layout but adds a private balcony, offering a natural extension of your living space and a front-row seat to the rhythm of Rainey Street.

Balconies and Views

Looking east from above Rainey Street, both The Bungalow and The Zilker catch the first light of day and the steady pulse of the city. Offering elevated views that shift with the time of day, from golden hour glow to the hum of nightlife below, The Zilker also features a private balcony, perfect for a morning stretch, post-run cool down or just watching the city move. The Bungalow doesn’t include outdoor space, but its oversized windows bring the view inside, framing the skyline and letting natural light spill across the room. Whether you’re outside in it or simply taking it all in, the rhythm of Rainey is always part of the backdrop.
