The Quincy is located in the heart of downtown Austin, offering residents easy access to Lady Bird Lake, the Rainey Street Historic District, and several dining and nightlife options.
Near The Quincy, you’ll find plenty of Austin hot spots, including Luster Pearl, Taco Baby, Via 313 Pizza and Electric Shuffle. Other downtown Austin properties, The Travis and Paseo, are also nearby.
Amenities

The Quincy offers a number of modern amenities, including a skyloft, media lounge and a sports lounge complete with shuffleboard and a pool table. The property’s terrace has a pool with a soaking ledge, fireplace and two grilling stations. There’s also an indoor dog grooming spa, perfect for pet owners!
For those working from home, private conference rooms provide a quiet workspace, while the rooftop fitness center, featuring yoga and TRX equipment, offers views overlooking the pool terrace.
