Pricing and Floor Plans
Paseo
Paseo has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as four unique penthouses. At the time of publication in July 2025, pricing ranges from the $2,000s to more than $10,000 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. Paseo’s standard kitchens feature elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak look cabinets, black hardware, grey matte countertops and zellige-inspired backsplash. Premium kitchens include elevated finishes and fixtures such as marble-look quartz countertops, matte white ribbed tile and walnut-look cabinets. Each space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and stove top, microwave and dishwasher.
700 River
700 River offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. At the time of publication in July 2025, rates at 700 River range from $3,015 to $16,151 per month, depending on unit type. All rates are subject to change. The kitchens include custom Italian cabinetry, solid slab stone countertops and backsplashes, gas ranges and stainless-steel appliances. The units also feature a smart home technology package with a smart thermostat, keyless door locks and floor-to-ceiling windows.
