Location 

Situated on the east side of downtown, The Waller offers convenient access to a diverse array of dining, entertainment and activities. 

A short walk from the Texas Capitol, Waterloo Park and the Moody Amphitheatre, it’s surrounded by local Austin favorites. Food and music lovers will appreciate being close to popular spots like Mohawk Austin, Franklin Barbecue and Paperboy.

The Waller provides a range of amenities for residents, including two pools, a penthouse terrace with a firepit, a ground-floor coffee shop and a dog spa with an outdoor dog park for pet owners.

Additionally, residents have access to coworking spaces, private conference rooms and WeWork-style office suites available for lease on the penthouse level. Their two-story fitness center includes a yoga studio, a poolside fitness lawn and locker rooms for both men and women.

In-unit features include custom Italian cabinetry, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, along with walk-in closets in every bedroom. 

Select units also offer additional touches like balconies, stand-up showers, custom Murphy beds and urban mudrooms.

Parking

At the time of publication in April 2025, The Waller offers on-site gated parking for an additional $150 per month. The parking garage also features EV charging stations and a bike room for extra storage.

The Waller offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
