Our leasing office is conveniently located on level 2, directly above the lobby. Once your tour is scheduled, here’s what to keep in mind before you arrive.
Before Your Tour
A little preparation goes a long way toward making your visit smooth and enjoyable.
- Parking: Guest parking is available in Paseo’s garage. Upon arrival, call through the concierge at the garage entrance and our team will grant you access. Once inside, park in one of the designated Future Resident spaces. After parking, take the elevator down to the lobby, where our team will meet you and escort you to the leasing office on level 2.
- Timing – Tours typically last about one hour, depending on how many residences and amenity spaces you’d like to explore.
- Floor Plans – During your visit, you’ll tour three residences of your choice. We recommend reviewing available layouts ahead of time and arriving with your top selections in mind so we can tailor the experience to your preferences.
- Photo ID – For security purposes, each guest must present a valid, government-issued photo ID. Be sure to bring your driver’s license, passport or other form of photo ID.
- Weather – While most of your tour will take place indoors, some amenity spaces such as pools and terraces are outdoors. Keep Austin weather in mind when planning your visit.
- No Pets – While we love pets and can’t wait to welcome them home, they are not permitted during tours.

Touring the Property
Your tour begins with a complimentary coffee from Daydreamer, our in-house café and bar just off the lobby. From there, your leasing professional will guide you through the building’s amenity spaces, beginning on level 2 with the fireplace lounge and coworking areas.

Next stop—the 48th floor. This exclusive residents-only rooftop lounge features a pool, hot tub and 360-degree views of downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake and beyond.

When it’s time to explore residences, you’ll tour the three floor plans you selected, whether that’s a studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom or three-bedroom layout.
From there, we’ll make our way to level 14, where the chef’s kitchen and outdoor dining terrace with grilling set the scene for everything from intimate dinners to impromptu celebrations. Elevated views, thoughtful finishes and plenty of space to gather make it one of the most striking spots in the building.

On level 13, it’s all about movement and focus. The fitness center and yoga room are designed to keep your routine sharp, with a coworking lounge just steps away, complete with private conference rooms, a kitchenette and spots for focused work or casual catch-ups. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame views over Rainey Street, while the open-air terrace offers fresh air and a new perspective.
One floor down, you’ll find a dedicated classroom-style fitness space for group workouts and training sessions, bringing energy and variety to your routine.

Level 12 is where things slow down and the social side takes over. Here, the pool deck flows into a vibrant restaurant and bar, perfect for long lunches, golden-hour cocktails or late-night bites. Cabanas, cocktails and DJ sets create the atmosphere, while the wellness spa with its cold plunge, sauna and lockers gives you every reason to linger.

At the end of your tour, we’ll return to the leasing office to answer any final questions and review next steps. If you’re ready, our team can walk you through availability and start your application on the spot.
Applying and Signing Your Lease
Once you’ve toured the property and found the apartment that feels right, it’s time to secure it. The application takes about 10 minutes and can be completed with our team on hand to walk you through any questions. Prefer to take your time? You can also complete it later from home.
After your application is submitted, you’ll be prompted to sign your lease. Read through it as you go, and don’t hesitate to ask for clarification on anything. Once the final signature is in place and the deposit is paid, it’s official – you’re on your way to becoming a Paseo resident.
