Paseo

Paseo has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication in October 2025, pricing ranges from the $2,000s to over $10,000 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. Signature units at Paseo are designed with the details in mind. Kitchens feature custom Italian cabinetry with soft-close drawers, statement pendant lighting, ribbed grey-and-cream backsplash tile and grey matte countertops traced with soft white veining. Stainless steel appliances, black plumbing fixtures and custom closets round out the look, paired with white oak–inspired LVT flooring throughout. Each home comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus built-in Google Fiber connectivity to keep life moving seamlessly.

ATX Tower

ATX Tower offers a variety of layouts, including studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. At the time of publication in October 2025, rental rates range from the $2,400s to $8,000 per month, depending on the floor plan size and features. All rates are subject to change. Each floor plan is designed with floor-to-ceiling windows and kitchens that include quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinetry. Select apartments also have under-counter beverage coolers. Integrated smart home features like ecobee thermostats, smart locks and USB outlets add a modern touch.
