Pricing and Floor Plans: Paseo vs. 700 River
Paseo
Paseo has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as four unique penthouses. At the time of publication in July 2025, pricing ranges from the $2,000s to more than $10,000 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. Paseo’s standard kitchens feature elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak look cabinets, black hardware, grey matte countertops and zellige-inspired backsplash. Premium kitchens include elevated finishes and fixtures such as marble-look quartz countertops, matte white ribbed tile and walnut-look cabinets. 700 River
700 River offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments.
