Paseo

Paseo has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication in October 2025, pricing ranges from the $2,000s to over $10,000 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. Signature units at Paseo are designed with the details in mind. Kitchens feature custom Italian cabinetry with soft-close drawers, statement pendant lighting, ribbed grey-and-cream backsplash tile and grey matte countertops traced with soft white veining. Stainless steel appliances, black plumbing fixtures and custom closets round out the look, paired with white oak–inspired LVT flooring throughout. Each home comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus built-in Google Fiber connectivity to keep life moving seamlessly.

The Quincy

The Quincy offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. At the time of publication in October 2025, published rates range from the $1,600s to more than $7,600 per month, depending on the floor plan type. Each apartment includes GE stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and hardwood-style plank flooring in the kitchen. Floor plans are designed for modern living, with details like walk-in closets with built-in shelving, bathrooms with glass shower doors and convenient entryway storage. Select homes also include balconies, dry bars, under-counter beverage centers and five-piece bathrooms.
