Paseo offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans, with elevated floorplans available. At the time of publication in September 2025, pricing ranges from $2,000 to $10,000 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. Kitchens feature custom Italian cabinetry with soft-close drawers, statement pendant lighting, ribbed grey-and-cream backsplash tile and grey matte countertops traced with soft white veining. Stainless steel appliances, black plumbing fixtures and custom closets round out the look, paired with white oak–inspired LVT flooring throughout. Each home comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus built-in Google Fiber connectivity to keep life moving seamlessly.

Northshore’s apartments feature high-end interiors, including NEST thermostats, solid slab quartz or granite countertops, elevated ceilings and walk-in closets with built-in shelving. Select units also offer private balconies and scenic views of Lady Bird Lake.
