Paseo offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans, as well as four unique penthouses. At the time of publication in December 2025, pricing ranges from $2,200s to over $10,000 per month depending on the floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. Paseo’s signature kitchens feature elevated finishes and fixtures including white oak look cabinets, black hardware, grey matte countertops and zellige-inspired backsplash. Each space is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a full-sized fridge, oven and gas stove top, microwave and dishwasher.
Residences at 6G
Residences at 6G offer studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom residences, as well as a limited number of penthouses. As of December 2025, rental rates range from the $2,600s to over $39,000 per month, depending on unit size, layout and interior collection.
