Where Is The Travis Located?

The Travis is located at the edge of downtown Austin’s Rainey Street District, offering residents access to Lady Bird Lake, the surrounding hike-and-bike trails and the dining and nightlife that define this corner of the city. Near The Travis, you’ll find Austin hot spots along Rainey Street and the 2nd Street District, with the lake and its lakeside trails nearby for running, kayaking and weekend recreation. Other downtown Austin properties, The Quincy and Paseo, are also nearby.

What Amenities Does The Travis Offer?

The Travis offers a number of amenities. Residents have access to a lap pool, a fitness center paired with yoga and Pilates studios and a dry sauna. A sky lounge is equipped with co-working space and podcast/recording studios, while a clubroom with billiards, ping pong, shuffleboard and TVs is also available to residents.

Pet owners have a 2,500-square-foot dog park and an on-site pet spa. There is also a local Austin coffee shop nearby, outdoor grilling areas, indoor bike and kayak storage, parcel lockers and direct access to lakeside trails. The community also offers 24-hour concierge service and controlled-access entry.

In-unit features at The Travis include quartz surfaces, white oak flooring and chef-inspired kitchens with double stainless-steel sinks, French door refrigerators and wine fridges. Floor-to-ceiling windows and 10- to 11-foot ceilings open up the living areas, with black-out shades in the bedrooms. Select units offer additional features like kitchen islands and pantries, spa-styled soaking tubs and walk-in showers, dual vanities, private patios or balconies, gas fireplaces and mud rooms. Every home includes a Whirlpool washer and dryer and has internet.

Does The Travis Offer Parking for Residents?

The Travis offers reserved, attached and covered garage parking, along with EV charging stations and controlled-access entry. Parking ranges from $175–$500/month depending on parking services and/or reserved spot add-on fees. Indoor bike and kayak storage are also available for residents.

The Travis offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, along with a dedicated penthouse collection. All rates are subject to change.
