Paseo has studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans. At the time of publication, pricing ranges from the $2,300s to over $10,000 per month depending on floor plan type and availability. Prices are subject to change. You can find current pricing on our floor plan page.

Signature units at Paseo are designed with the details in mind. Kitchens feature custom Italian cabinetry with soft-close drawers, statement pendant lighting, ribbed grey-and-cream backsplash tile and grey matte countertops traced with soft white veining. Stainless steel appliances, black plumbing fixtures and custom closets round out the look, paired with white oak–inspired LVT flooring throughout. Each home comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus built-in Google Fiber connectivity.

The Travis offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, along with a dedicated penthouse collection. Current rates and availability can be found on The Travis’s floor plan page. As of June 2026, floor plans range from $3,050 for studios to $16,000+ for penthouse units. Each home is finished with quartz surfaces, white oak flooring and soft-close cabinetry and chef-inspired kitchens with double stainless-steel sinks, French door refrigerators and wine fridges. Floor-to-ceiling windows and 10–11 ft ceilings open up the living areas, with designer ceiling fans and black-out shades in the bedrooms. Select units include upgrades like kitchen islands, spa-styled soaking tubs, dual vanities, private patios or balconies, gas fireplaces and mud rooms. Every home includes a Whirlpool washer and dryer and is high-speed internet ready.
