Kitchens feature custom Italian cabinetry with soft-close drawers, statement pendant lighting, ribbed grey-and-cream backsplash tile and grey matte countertops traced with soft white veining. Stainless steel appliances, black plumbing fixtures and custom closets round out the look, paired with white oak–inspired LVT flooring throughout. Each home comes with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus built-in Google Fiber connectivity to keep life moving seamlessly.

The Bowie offers studio, one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom floor plans.
